Thank you for shopping with Ferrelux. We are committed to getting your order to you safely and on time. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

1. PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

1. SHIPPING RATES

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the weight or size of your order. The exact cost will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

1. DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES

Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery times are as follows:

Lagos (Nigeria)
14 business days from dispatch

Other States within Nigeria
22 business days from dispatch

International Orders
30+ business days from dispatch (approximately 1 month or more depending on destination country and customs processing)

Please note that these are estimated timeframes and not guaranteed delivery dates. Delays may occur due to high order volumes, public holidays, adverse weather conditions, or customs processing for international shipments.

1. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & CUSTOMS

For orders shipped outside Nigeria, please be aware of the following:

- International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees upon arrival in the destination country.
- These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the price of your order or shipping fee.
- Ferrelux has no control over customs processes and cannot predict any additional delays they may cause.
- We recommend checking your local customs regulations before placing an international order.

1. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor the progress of your delivery. If you experience any difficulty tracking your order, contact us and we will assist you.

1. LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at mrferrelux03@gmail.com. We will work with our shipping partners to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Please note that Ferrelux is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout, customs holds, or circumstances beyond our control.

1. INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. Ferrelux is not liable for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
