Refund policy

At Ferrelux, your satisfaction is our priority. We stand behind the quality of every product we offer. If something does not meet your expectations, please review the terms below.

1. Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to submit a return request. Requests made outside this window will not be accepted.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:

The item must be unworn and unused, in the same condition as received
All original tags must still be attached
The item must be in its original, undamaged packaging
A valid receipt or proof of purchase must be provided

Items that do not satisfy every one of these conditions will not be accepted and will be returned at the sender's expense.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To begin a return, contact us at mrferrelux03@gmail.com before sending any item back. Please include your order number and reason for return.

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will send you a return shipping label along with detailed packing and shipping instructions.

Important: Items sent back without prior authorisation will not be accepted and cannot be refunded. Always request approval before sending a return.

4. Damages & Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged in transit, or incorrect, contact us immediately at mrferrelux03@gmail.com with photos and a clear description of the issue. We will assess the situation and arrange the appropriate resolution — replacement, exchange, or full refund.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned under any circumstances:

Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
Custom or personalised items made to order
Personal care and beauty products
Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Sale or discounted items
Gift cards

If you are unsure whether your specific item qualifies for a return, please contact us before initiating the process.

6. Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. The fastest way to get what you want is to return your original item (subject to eligibility) and place a new order once the return is approved. This ensures your preferred item is secured immediately.

7. European Union — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For customers whose orders are shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without justification.

The same eligibility conditions apply: items must be unworn, unused, with all original tags, and in original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

8. Refunds

Once your returned item is received, we will inspect it and notify you of the outcome by email. If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please allow additional processing time on your bank or card provider's end — this is outside our control.

If 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, contact us at mrferrelux03@gmail.com and we will investigate immediately.
